Time flies and half of September is already gone. The last two months I’ve been trying to work on all the ideas that I had last year, but I didn’t have a chance to sew them. So, I’m trying to do my best and jumping between my job, family and quilting projects. I promise you that I’m going to have more stuff to share with you, please stay tuned!

Today I’m going to present to you two pdf-patterns I worked on. The first one is Acorn 2. About a year ago I designed an Acorn quilt block, but realized that an addition is better to have a robus-type block because it gives you more possibilities for sewing and making pretty quilts. Acorn 2 comes in two sizes: 6” x 6” and 9” x 9”, and you can easily come with Acorn.

The second pdf-pattern is one of the fall fabric postcards that I made last year. To make a 9 page pdf-pattern took me about a week and half. It includes step instructions and full size applique templates. So if you are looking for a small and fun project to do, fabric postcards are the best for that. To make this beautiful fall themed fabric postcard you’ll need some scraps of cute fall colored fabric, a little piece of tulle, embroidery floss and firm stabilizer. The fabric postcard can be a perfect sewing project to sharpen your skills and try something new, or it can be a perfect gift for a friend and loved one. Believe me, It’s so much fun to sew it! Don’t forget that fabric postcards can be framed too!

Both patterns are availiable on my Etsy store. Welcome and happy sewing!
